Seller Registration & Approval
All seller registrations are subject to review and approval by the Website Admin.
The Admin reserves the full right to approve or reject any seller registration based on the authenticity, submitted documentation, and genuine business requirements.
Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection or termination of the seller account.
Once a seller is approved on our platform, they are allowed to publish products directly on Hajurko Sathi dot com without requiring separate approval for each product, provided all product listings comply with our platform policies and applicable laws.
Seller Account Termination
Hajurko Sathi Traders reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any seller account at any time, without prior notice, if the seller:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Engages in fraudulent or unethical practices
Fails to meet customer satisfaction standards
Breaches applicable laws of Nepal
In serious cases, legal action may be taken if required under Nepalese law.
Commission Policy
Hajurko Sathi Traders charges a fixed commission of 5% on the final sale amount.
This commission rate:
Is uniform across all product categories
Applies to all sellers equally
No hidden charges or additional fees are imposed on sellers.
Payment & Weekly Withdrawal Policy
Sellers are eligible to receive payments on a weekly basis, subject to successful order completion and return/refund clearance.
Hajurko Sathi Traders manages the entire payment process, including:
Order payments
Customer collections
Payment settlements to sellers
Sellers do not need to worry about payment collection or logistics-related payments, as all such processes are handled by Hajurko Sathi Traders.
Sellers must update and maintain their correct bank account details in the Seller Dashboard under the Payment section.
Seller balances will be processed weekly and transferred directly to the registered bank account provided by the seller.
There are no withdrawal or settlement charges applied to sellers. The full payable amount will be transferred after applicable commission deductions.
Product Listing & Fulfilment Responsibility
Sellers must ensure that:
Product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and truthful
Products delivered to customers exactly match what is listed on the platform
Any misleading or false product representation is strictly prohibited.
If you intend to sell any original brand products on Hajurko Sathi dot com, you must provide a valid brand license or authorization letter from the respective brand.
Without proper authorization, you are not permitted to sell branded products, and failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your seller account.
Order Fulfilment & Seller Accountability
If a seller:
Fails to fulfill an order after receiving it, or
Delivers incorrect, damaged, or misleading products
Hajurko Sathi Traders reserves the right to:
Investigate the issue
Take appropriate action against the seller
Terminate the seller permanently if fault is verified
Repeated offenses may result in immediate blacklisting from the platform.
Logistics & Delivery
Hajurko Sathi Traders has its own contract with logistics system and delivery partnerships covering all regions of Nepal.
Sellers are not required to manage delivery or logistics operations.
Hajurko Sathi Traders fully handles:
Product pickup
Nationwide delivery
Customer coordination
Delivery charges are paid by the customer at the time of order placement.
Sellers do not need to worry about customer location, shipping costs, or delivery arrangements, as all logistics and shipping charges are managed by Hajurko Sathi Traders.
Customer Satisfaction Policy

Sellers must:
Maintain high-quality products
Provide genuine items
Support return and refund processes as required
We strongly believe that without customer satisfaction, sellers cannot grow their business on our platform.

Any attempt to bypass platform systems, manipulate pricing, or misuse customer data will result in strict action.

Hajurko Sathi Traders is not responsible for legal consequences arising from seller misconduct.
Modification of Terms
